About Us

A Legacy of Humanity

Who We Are

At Alfalah Salvation Foundation, we are dedicated to bringing hope and nourishment to families in the Middle East. Rooted in a legacy of compassion and driven by a commitment to justice, our mission is simple yet powerful: to combat hunger and malnutrition by providing affordable, culturally tailored, and nutritious meals to those who need them most.

We are committed to alleviating hunger, combating malnutrition, and restoring hope. By delivering culturally appropriate, fortified, and halal meals to vulnerable families, especially children, we aim to:

  • Nourish the body.
  • Restore dignity.
  • Renew hope in the face of adversity.

A future where no child in the Middle East goes to bed hungry and every family has access to balanced, nutritious meals that empower them to thrive.

Our Story

Our foundation’s story begins with an extraordinary act of humanity. Decades ago, our founder’s father played a critical role in the creation of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in the aftermath of the Nakbah in 1948. He devoted his life to ensuring that displaced Palestinian & Jordanian families were counted, cared for, and provided with essential food rations.

For over 30 years, he stood as a symbol of hope and resilience for countless families. His unwavering dedication to preserving dignity and justice has inspired the foundation’s work today. At Alfalah Salvation Foundation, we carry forward his legacy by addressing the urgent needs of those suffering from hunger and insecurity.

The Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza:

In times of crisis, these challenges are magnified, and the need for consistent, reliable support becomes critical. At Alfalah Salvation Foundation, we work tirelessly to bridge this gap by providing meals that not only sustain but empower families to persevere through hardship.
